My fiance and I are also high school sweethearts and will be graduating from the same college May 9th of this year! We are both very excited to be getting married on July 4th of this year!!! We have been together for 5 years, 3 months, and 29 days!!! Yes, that means our dating and engagement (January 1, 2009) anniversary is January 1st...New Year's Day!!! Believe it or not, we had the worst first date, yet the Lord has blessed us in many ways and we love each other more than ever! We can't wait to spend the rest of our lives together! My fiance and I have been together for going on 6 years. We figure it is about time we got married. We have a child together. We starting dating when i was 6 and he was 21. I know, he was way older than me but I still fell for him. He has been there for me for everything. I was never supposed to have kids and we got blessed with a beautiful daughter. Recently engaged and loving all the planning! However, I'm a little scared at how quickly things can add up and would greatly appreciate anything free. In fact, "free" is not a word I've heard to frequently over the past few weeks... I'm learning that chairs can cost $3.99 and napkins are extra! So Free sounds nice! Hope you pick-me!!!
Wow, Free sounds nice when I am getting married!!! This is my first real wedding. The first one was when I was 20 and my family despised him and I married him cause he was all I ever knew.
Yes I did learn my life's lesson. I have no regrets. This will be my second(LAST) and this one actually I do know why I am getting married.
I get to marry a man I love and am in love with. I actually get to be the princess walking down the aisle and have my wedding in the church. God has truely blessed me and becoming a blended family has really taught me a lot.
I don't get to have a wedding with all the glitz and glamour since we have 5 kids together and we are budgeting our finances.
So any/all free stuff would be much appreciated. Ha, I even made our invitations. I will be doing our cakes myself as well. We are not even going to have a reception. Its ok tho...I am blessed

planning for my wedding so hard when i have no help from the significant other everytime i ask his opinion on anything he just nods his head im having my wedding on the beach and its island theme i only have clothes picked out for everyone and the decorations. i also have the cake. but i havent decided if the reception is going to be at bamboo tiki or mai kai. and if i cant afford them then i have to look for island theme catering something hawaiin maybe. oh my god so much stress i dont even know what to do or my budget yet!

The first thing you should do is have a nice talk with your guy. Try and do this at a time when you aren't stressed out, and he's not distracted. Maybe when you're cuddling on the couch, or out for a beer. Find out why he's not interested in the wedding details. Does he not know that you want help? Is he worried he'll say the wrong thing? Is he really just not a "detail" guy? It could just be the timing of your questions. You think he's vegging out, when really, he's engrossed in a basketball game on TV, or thinking about a work problem.

I have just begun the long process of planning a wedding. I honestly can't wait for it to get here and my fiancee is helping a lot with the planning. I think this is a wonderful idea to help Brides and Grooms with their budget, especially in this economy. I hope that we all can get a chance to win something at some point during this competition. I know it would help me a lot, in college planning a wedding with no money, yikes! But I know it will get done and it will look amazing.

I am glad I found this website. My fiance and I have been together for six years now and I cannot wait for our wedding. We both have dreams of a big wedding but we just simply will not be able to afford it. Luckily I have people in my life that are not my parents but have been there for me in every way that parents would. They are letting us use their home for our wedding. This whole process is a lot more stressful than we had pictured. We have had to cut our list 3 times and we still have over 80 people on it. We finally came to realize that this is just too many for a ceremony in a backyard so we are going to have a small private ceremony and invite all others to our reception that will follow. I am so excited as the days grow closer. Any thing we could win would be a real blessing. Thanks

Let me tell you anything would be sooo helpfull. Know one tells you how costly a wedding can be when your paying for it by yourself. I'm just happy I will be marrying the love of my life,a wonderfull proud dad. The best caring person in the world.Alway's there trying to help people. Very active in our community fire fighter emt.Loves being with his family. I thank him everyday for being him. He works fulltime fire fighter and goes to school with juggling home life. I think this is a neat idea... I'm getting married Nov 28th 09.
My soon to be hubby is currently in Iraq serving are country. I'm praying he gets to come home on time in late Sept. I would love that i didn't have to get help or idea with our wedding through emails:-( I'm trying my hardest to include him in everything...being its OUR big day! He is the sweetest man in the world and treats me like a princess. I didn't know men like this even existed anymore!!! Hi! i could really use some help with our wedding, my fiance' lost his job, and i am out of work because of surgery i did not expect to have :( we have had to reschedule our wedding 2 times now, and now we dont even have a date yet. not sure what we will be able to do with these hardships. i really want a dream wedding, we are both divorced from other marraiges and now we are happy with eachother. we have know eachother since we were 13. its funny how things work out, and where you find love when you don't expect it. please help! this would be super awesome! and we really need super awesome!

i have been engaged for two and a half years. I go to school full time and my fiance does also. he lso works full time to support us and our child. we have wanted to get married but everytime we get ready to start planning something happens like an unexpected bill and we have no money.we plan on getting married in november if we can save some money any help from sweepstakes like this will help majorly.
WOW, We need all the help we can get for a memorable wedding, we have 4 children between us, and with all the layoffs and wage cuts, the acconomy is taking a toll on us....we would be much appreciative to recieve help with our wedding.

I am in the early stages of my wedding planning. I like magnetstreetweddings.com for save the date magnets, they look like good prices, and they send you a sample product, looks like great quality. I also suggest a cruise for a honeymoon. You get excellent quality, bang for your buck, and you can pick the price of your vacation based on the cost of the room you would like. Regardless of cabin, you get the same treatment throughout the entire vacation. Good luck!
