March 31st, 2009, by Azure

To help all you fashionistas out there ring in the Spring, here’s a bit of info on the top 10 colors for the season, compliments of Pantone's Fashion Color Report! - Bright colors are back (yay!) as designers incorporate vibrant pops into their collections - Palace Blue dominated the runways, taking on a classic, navy-like tone. A perfect pairing with just about any of the other colors in the Pantone report - Shades like Salmon Rose look great with a bronzed bod, and are...

Hostess with the Mostess: More fabulous event design inspiration from The Special Event

March 31st, 2009, by Azure

About Hostess with the Mostess Two weeks ago for my Savvy Scoop guest post, I featured amazing photos from the Wedding Lunch to get your “black & white wedding” juices flowin’! Beegee is a deliberately small company, which means that each bag is sewn in-house for personal attention to detail. They have a ton of beautiful styles and fabrics available, but if you have a special pattern in mind, never fear!...

For the Groom: Get Cuffed

March 31st, 2009, by Azure

Sometimes as a groom you can feel like a human accessory - or a backdrop for your beautiful bride. It can be a hard world for a guy who wants to add a little personality without going with the wacky ruffled shirt. That's why you should become a connoisseur of cuff links. They're a sly way of letting the real you show even while you're the picture of perfect traditional tuxedoed manhood. Etsy.com is a great place to start. You'll find custom gifts for your groomsmen, or plenty of...
