When we walked into the Pronovias studio in NYC during bridal market, I was like a kid in a candy store. I was overwhelmed by the number of stunning wedding dresses surrounding me.
For quite some time, Pronovias has held a special piece of my heart... that couture bridal fashion piece that yearns for high drama with a European edge. So, needless to say, when I saw the Spring 2010 collection from Pronovias, my heart went pitter-patter!
The collection is full of flirty ruffles, accordion pleats, and tiered skirts, clouds of tulle, and beautiful, unique necklines. You'll see crumb catcher necklines, daring one-shoulder numbers, modest boat necks, and more! Another thing I love about this collection- the unexpected origami details and tiny little bows perfectly placed on some of the dresses. Hey, it's the little things that count, right!?
Which one is your absolute favorite? Mine has got to be the Moscatel, with its illusion straps, grecian-inspired silhouette, and amazing silver clasp under the bust!

Love this designer. These dresses are amazing and so hard to choose but I really like Menorca and it's only fitting that I like Minerva the best.
I love the Minerva as well. I'm with you on those Grecian style dresses! There's a part of me that covets the princess skirts, though... the Melania is gorgeous.
OMG!!! Love that short number!!
The Megan, of course! I think both the top (bust area) and bottom (swath of fabric) is so unique! I would wear this with a big tiara!
I think the Menorca looks timeless and sexy. I notice that I'm really gravitating to this style of wedding dress. They remind me of Grace Kelly's elegance. I also like the 'crumb catcher' style - lol - I never new how to describe that style until now. thanks! : )
