And we’re not the only ones digging the ruffle revolution. Valentino’s Fall 2010 collection is chockfull of girly, frilly ruffles! Remember when Bride Chic told us about the new brand of City Hall (civil ceremony) weddings? As Bride Chic so eloquently put it, “Any color or length is fine as long as you look good in it and feel special.
