Last night was the New York Weddings Showcase, which for NYC brides is sort of THE event to go to. I was so excited to get to finally meet Cheree of Cheree Berry Papers. Based in St. Louis, I've been corresponding with her off and on for my clients, but never actually got to meet her or really see her invitations in person. I was beyond impressed.
Cheree has existing suites in a variety of styles, but she also works to create gorgeous custom sets for brides and grooms. Equally impressive was the fact that Cheree, who was a designer for Kate Spade for several years, now offers digital printing options as well as letter press. That means that previously out of reach designs in pricey letterpress are made more affordable. For the couple that is deep into design, asking your favorite invitation design company about offset digital printing might be a way to get the look you want for less.
Meanwhile, here I am with Cheree, as well as some of our favorite invites and save the dates. LOVE the champagne themed save the date. The hearts (and inside of the envelope) were in a gold foil!
