Our client expressed the desire to have a champagne, ivory and gold wedding with hints of blush pinks. She loved the idea of a wedding reception tent with fabric swagging and thought chandeliers would be beautiful. We designed and produced her dream wedding and received the ultimate compliment coming from the bride- "This is EXACTLY what I envisioned- every detail is picture perfect!"
We decided to create a space with ivories and champagnes and accents of golds and crystals. We kept the ceremony
very clean and incorporated all of these colors in a garden, romantic vein. The aisle was a blanket of ivory and white rose petals
with the aisle treatment consisting of pomanders of florals with an accent of champagne-colored ribbons. The ceremony arbor was a white, square structure with clean floral groupings at the four corners; hand-dyed ivory and champagne
colored ribbons, in which guests wrote their wishes to the bride and groom on, hung at each post at different lengths so the couple were married as their guests
' notes blew flawlessly in the wind.
Guests walked a candlelit path over a bridge to the dinner reception in a tent. There were two table scenarios for florals
with an abundance of blush peonies, white, ivory and antique roses and white and ivory hydrangeas comprising one tall, gold antique candelabra and a trio of short arrangements in crystal vases in varying heights- vases that you would find in one's home. Both tables had complimentary linens: one champagne rouched taffeta and the next an ivory underlay with a very sheer ivory organza with delicate, gold, metallic stripes. The tables had two different chargers with gold accents and a classic personalized menu card that was an ivory cardstock printed with gold font and a gold trim with a beautiful ivory rose atop each menu juxtaposed with an ivory ribbon.
An abundance of votives in crystals, gold leaf and glass illuminated the tables while accents of roses were placed atop small gold candlesticks at the base of the floral arrangements. The fabric draping was beyond romantic
in a lush ivory gathering with 3 grand, crystal chandeliers hanging over the party. Each pole treatment of the structure had ivory and Champagne fabric collected at one point with a gorgeous gold tassel as the finishing touch. The white dance floor was packed all night long! We believe the design is in the details.
