Jenny and Nelson’s wedding day revolved around three things, love, laughter and family. When you meet the both of them, you’re instantly drawn in by their friendly personalities and warm nature. Once you’re friends with them, you’re in. You’re family. Jenny had four traditional
bridesmaids, but she also had two “bridesmen”- twin brothers who she has been friends with since high school. As soon as she told the twins she was engaged, they volunteered to stand by her side on her wedding day.
The wedding took place on a lovely sunny Miami day and was filled with homemade touches put together by the bride and her family. The bride’s stunning birdcage veil had been made by her mother, as well as all of the
bridal party flowers. Cheerful
blue and green touches decorated the tables and place cards that were spread throughout the amazing venue, The
Ancient Spanish Monastery. The venue provided a breathtaking backdrop for pictures, as well as a chance to dance the night away under the stars in a gorgeous outdoor setting.
Ever aware of their guests' needs, Jenny and Nelson provided a table near the dance floor with flip flops for guests to kick off their fancy shoes and get down to party. Near the end of the evening the caterers brought out mini ice cream cones to cool off the guests who had spent most of the evening on the dance floor. It was a tasty treat and a great way to end the night. As they exited the
reception Jenny and Nelson ran through two lines of well wishers ringing bells and into their getaway car.
