After two years of dating and a New Year's Eve
engagement proposal, Nancy began planning a romantic fall wedding. Due to the lack of available
venue dates, though, the wedding date had to be pushed forward. So it would be a mid-summer wedding with a soft fall vibe and color palette. And despite the date and season change, Nancy was devoted to creating an elegant and classic wedding.
Jackson and Nancy's
wedding ceremony took place at Trinity Presbyterian Church in West Little Rock, Arkansas. The church was chosen for it's beautiful grounds, amazing architecture and simple style. The beauty of the church and it's landscaping allowed the bride to keep the wedding decor simple. The walkway to the sanctuary was lined with copper lanterns giving a soft glow in the evening summer sky. Inside, pillars of ivory
wedding flowers and greenery flowed from copper urns anchoring the location where the bride and groom would say their vows.
Nancy wore a white
strapless wedding dress with a beaded
corset and a flowing layered skirt. The bridesmaids all wore different dresses in
metallic shades of golds, ivory, and champagne. The bride and her 'maids carried similar ivory flower bouquets, each accented with chocolate brown feathers. The groom and his groomsmen were dapper in black tuxedos with gold accents.
