What happens when you take a stunning, modern couple from Brooklyn, the breathtaking backdrop of coastal Ireland and infuse Irish culture, tradition, music, food and flowers? An epic destination wedding!

The day began at the Ballintaggart House, a luxurious 300-year-old manor overlooking Dingle Bay. The traditional Irish Civil Ceremony was held in the sun-soaked parlor room of the venue, filled with local flowers and a cozy fire in the beautiful cast-iron fireplace. The wedding party hopped in a mini-bus and continued to the dramatic Clogher Beach. Waves crashing in the aqua-blue water made for an unbelievable backdrop for the couple's beach Wedding Blessing ceremony.

From there we continued the celebration at the Ballintaggart House and were served some of the best wedding catering imaginable! Fresh, locally sourced meats and veggies cooked to perfection and served in a simple yet elegant way. From the delicious crab salad to the lamb chops, everything was delicious. The party carried on well into the night with dancing and culminated in the cutting of the wedding cakes, all of which were locally baked, simple and yummy! In keeping with modern Irish wedding tradition, O'Flaghtery's Bar sponsored a barbecue for the family and friends the following day in the town of Dingle.
