Elegant military wedding by Keith Cephus Photography
Sarah and Calem tied the knot on March 5th, 2011 in Arlington, Virginia. From start to finish, the day embodied sophisticated elegance at its best.
They chose a classic wedding color palette of black and white
, and the bride was gorgeous in a drop-waist mermaid wedding dress
and all-up wedding hairstyle
. For a few of the outdoor wedding photos, Sarah threw on a luxe white fur bolero, perfect for the crisp early March weather. Calem wore his decorated military uniform, and went eco-friendly with his wedding day ride (a bike).
Sarah's bridesmaids wore chic black dresses
, and all the ladies (including the bride) clutched simple bouquets of ivory wedding flowers
. The wedding reception had tons of black and white touches, including custom monograms, elegant escort cards and ivory flower centerpieces arranged in tall hurricane vases.
There was so much love in the air, and the bride, groom and all their wedding guests had an absolute blast! We were honored to be part of Sarah and Calem's most special day!
