Everyone's still buzzing about
BHLDN. And if you love
Anthropologie-inspired wedding decor, these photos are sure to inspire!
Estera Events (an event and
wedding planning firm in Chicago) and
Style Unveiled created this incredible wedding reception setup, and the style of the shoot was 100% BHLDN and Anthropologie. Vibrant orange, soft pink, peach and classic ivory
wedding flowers were used, with centerpieces of roses and carnations arranged in vintage-chic mercury glass vases. The
wedding invitations (by Sarah Drake Design) were simple and romantic, with dove grey burlap lining the inside of the envelopes for added texture.
I love the mixing of
metallics, and this BHLDN-inspired shoot shows how to do this right. Silver mercury glass adorned the reception tables, and place settings featured gilded gold accents. Feathers, brooches and antique timepieces accented wedding guest escort cards and
favors, and beading and lace embellishments added a romantic, whimsical touch.
Since the reception decor is most certainly vintage-inspired, adding a '
something new' touch could have gone awry... but the something new- clear ghost chairs- looked picture perfect and added a modern touch to the antique BHLDN vibe.
How heavenly is this Anthropologie-inspired wedding? Are you smitten? I know I am!
