Wedding Guest Types and Proper Salutations 1. Married Couple: Mr. and Mrs. John Doe 2. Married Couple with kids (under 18) living at home: Mr. and Mrs. John Doe and family 3. Married Couple, wife kept maiden name: Ms. Jane Becker and Mr. John Doe 4. Married Couple, doctor husband: Doctor and Mrs. John Doe 5. Married Couple, doctor wife: Doctor Jane Becker and Mr. John Doe 6. Married Couple, both are doctors: Doctor Jane Becker and Doctor John Doe 7. Single Woman: Ms. Jane Becker Doe or Miss Jane Becker Doe 8. Single Man: Mr. John Doe 9. Unmarried Couple, living together: Miss Jane Becker and Mr. John Doe 10.
