A couple of weeks ago, I went to my cousin's wedding. My kids were the
flower girl and
ring bearer, so I needed to bring all the info about not only the wedding, but the rehearsal and the rehearsal dinner.
Not my cousin's wedding website
Naturally, I left all that info sitting on my desk at home.
I obviously didn't want to bother my cousin or his bride with questions about info they'd already given me. I was fretting about what to do, when I remembered that fortunately, my cousin had followed my advice and set up a
wedding website.
Obviously, I could access all the info I needed from his
website with my iphone.
Not only that, but he had followed my advice even more, and set up a
wedding website with a custom domain name, so instead of typing in a long url into my tiny phone, I could type in their easy to remember url, instead of a long name.
We made it to the rehearsal, the rehearsal dinner and the wedding. The
flower girl was perfect and the
ring bearer was... well, that's another story.
The moral of the story, if you have ditzy friends or family involved in your wedding, do yourself a favor and set up a
wedding website that they can access easily!
