NYC Bridal Market Trends for 2015

Posted by Bride Chic on April 21st, 2014

Now that the top designers have shown their stuff at NYC Bridal Market, what's the news for Spring 2015? I have to admit there are a few surprises. While not rampant down the runways, I particularly love the minimalist styles appearing for 2015. These designs feature pared down silhouettes like the sheath and slip dress in pure, luxe, and even shiny fabrics. The Great Gatsby-inspired embellishments aren't dissappearing however, and Grecian/Diva dresses with draped, billowing necklines, shoulders and waists seem to be playing out well with brides who want a hint of early 20th Century costume.  Overall, the collections are stunning and innovative. When you zero-in on what's trending for Spring 2015, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised as well! Explore these top picks from Bridal Market and then share your new discoveries with friends!

The reflection of satin sheen is purely gorgeous in fabrics like these without needing the bling of beaded applique:

Reminiscent of the 20th Century with a little added sparkle, these gowns are perfect for diva brides!

Head to toe these gowns have very little embellishment but still make a big statement! These designers are pros at letting fabrics and silhouettes do the talking...

I was over the moon to find these body-hugging little numbers in so many of the designers' collections. These silhouettes are a great reward for brides who love to strut their stuff!
