Is redneck wedding planning catching on?

Heidi Klum and Seal made quite a media splash last month when they chose a tacky theme for their vow renewal ceremony - but could the trend for redneck weddings be catching on?

Klum - wearing cornrows and a gaudy white top instead of a wedding dress - still managed to look stunning, while her husband's fake mullet was the talk of the town.

Now, the Flint Journal reports that a Michigan couple are planning to tie the knot with a number of wacky redneck-inspired touches.

Christina Horn, the bride, will ride a tractor down the aisle to meet Jeffery Wise Sr. at the altar, while the pair are serenaded by the Kenny Chesney song She Thinks My Tractor's Sexy.

But that's not enough - they also plan to incorporate mud wrestling into the reception, the Journal reports, though further details were not provided.

Why opt for a messy, muddy post-nuptial party instead of a tidy, traditional get-together with a bouquet toss and cake-cutting? Apparently, the bride and groom aren't keen on conventional wedding planning.

"We aren't traditional people," Horn told the new provider. "We both really don't like dressing up."

What would you give to see the wedding photos?
