Wedding planning must have been a hot topic on the Mad Men set over the past year, with two of the show's stars - Christina Hendricks and Elisabeth Moss - getting ready to tie the knot with their boyfriends.

Now, the actress' costar Vincent Kartheiser, who plays Pete Campbell on the series, admits to Us Magazine that he was in attendance at both ceremonies - and he found himself moved to tears each time.

Kartheiser told the publication that at Moss' nuptials, there wasn't "a lot of hoopla and waiting around."

Instead, the ceremony was "really simple and beautiful. Elisabeth said stuff that made me cry," he said.

Moss wore a Claire Pettibone wedding gown when she tied the knot with funnyman Fred Armisen at The Foundry in Long Island City on October 26. The pair met on the set of Saturday Night Live.

Kartheiser also revealed that he got emotional on the day that Hendricks married actor Geoffrey Arend - a love match that Kartheiser himself helped arrange.

"Everyone seemed to know each other," he said of the October 12 nuptials at Il Buco restaurant in Manhattan. "I also cried at that wedding."
