Our Engagement Story

Oh wow where do I even start, it was soo amazing! We got engaged September 7th which was one day before are two year anniversary and the weekend before my birthday.For my birthday I had asked Kato to take me on a romantic pinic nothing to special just a nice lunch in the meadows with my babe right? Anywats Kato has always been fabolous at surpirses and thats just what he did, he took me two hours away from home up to beautiful Sqaumish in beautful British Columbia. When I finally squeezed out of him where we were going I was totally excited but at the same time i was thinking " why did he drive me two hours away from home to have a picnic in Sqaumish when we have beauiful parks in the Greater Vancouver Area??" So anyways when we got there we pulled up in to a parking lot facing right in to the Sqaumish airport. Kato turns to me and says " so what do you think about jumping in a helicopter and having a pinic right on top of a Glacier?" I couldn't believe it I was soooo excited! I bet you can imagine how inlove I was feeling with him while we were flying over the beautiful valley and experiencing evrything with the love of my life. After a tour of the valley we landed on this beautiful Glacier, we layed out our pinic blanket and had the amazing lunch Kato had prepared especially for two. After we ate Kato read me a letter he had wrote for me telling me how much he loved me and that the last two years he had spent with me had been the most amazing years of his life it was sooo freaking cute!!! After that He Grab something from underneath the goodies in the picnic basket and told me to turn around because he had gotten me a neckless. As I was turning around from the corner of my eye I caught him getting down on one knee! I quickly turned and was absolutely breathless. There we were on the top of a glacier on the most romantic date and beautiful day and the guy of my dreams down on one know purposing to me! you think I would be crying tears of joy at this point but nope not at all I was screaming "NO WAY" over and over again ahhaha. I had no idea I thought this entire event was a birthday/two year anniversay gift but I was totally mistaked it was all of the above plus another day I will cherish forever the day Kato asked me to spend forever with him, thats the happiest day of my life. I'm soo inlove with him and can't wait to say I do I do I DO on June 13th!
