Ferdinand's proposal at Marty Leonard Chapel

Back in 1997, Ferdinand took me to see this famous church designed by one of Frank Lloyd Wright's apprentices. We both loved the architecture and design of the church. So over the years we've been back a few times, but the closest we got to the inside was peeking through the big glass windows.
11 years later, we came back and he surprised me with his proposal. Through a lot of planning and scheming on his part, I thought we were in Fort Worth to meet up with friends at a restaurant. I thought it was a coincidence that we were next door to the chapel and mentioned that we should stop by and take pictures later. There happened to be a long wait so we decided to go to a different restaurant and stop by the Chapel before we met up w/ everyone. I could not believe the door was open and the lights were on, so we snuck in to take quick pics. The whole time I was thinking we should get out of here bc we weren't supposed to be there by ourselves. When one of our songs started playing, I got even more scared and wanted to leave. That's when he took my hand and proposed. The rest is a blur, but at least we have this little clip to remind us of this special day. Thanks a lot to all that helped Ferds!
