Andrew proposed to me on my 18th birthday, January 3, 2008. We went to Cheap Charlies for dinner, and sense he works there he got the hook up, he put the ring in the cupcake the girls bring to you when they sing the CC Birthday song. So after the embarrassing minute it took them to sing the song, I went to eat my cupcake and the top fell off and there was this beautiful sparkly ring covered in chocolate cake crumbs....
