- Yes - the information was 99% correct. It was very helpful.
- Yes - the only suggestion I had, which I'm guessing they've already done, is to have the particular supporting documentation needed as a checkbox on each printout for each company, so you wouldn't forget it! :)

- Did the service provide all the necessary forms to change your name? Where did you have to change your name? Any place you couldn't change your name via the service? Name Change Express provided forms for everywhere I needed and a few places that I didn't even think of. I changed my name in Massachusetts and it worked for everything I needed!
- Was the service easy to use? Describe the process. I loved this service because all I had to do was input info once and they generated everything already filled out. Plus there is an opportunity to fix anything if a mistake was made. Last, there were step by step directions on what to do with the forms and what else you needed to have to go along with the forms (i.e birth certificate, license, marriage license).
- How long did it take until you received confirmation your name had been changed? Was this what you expected? The longest thing to change was my passport which took 2 weeks but everything else was received within that period. So much faster than I thought!
- Would you recommend this to another bride? Did you receive the level of service expected? Access to the Name Change Express has turned out to be one of my favorite gifts received from my wedding. I was dreading all the paperwork and hassle to change my name and it turned out all I had to do was input my information once and they output all the forms and info for everywhere I needed to change. It was so helpful to not have to focus on name changing and just be able to focus on my honeymoon! I would totally recommend this to anyone changing their names or as a gift...since that's how I was lucky enough to use it.

- Did the service provide all the necessary forms to change your name? Where did you have to change your name? Any place you couldn't change your name via the service? There are so many institutions to notify - I did not know where to start. Name Change Express had all the forms there in one place. I had to change my name in New York however, but I had previously lived in San Francisco and am from Oregon. I have accounts / memberships all over the US, Name Change Express enabled me to process everything at once. I was able to change everything I needed via Name Change Express - even my passport!
- Was the service easy to use? Describe the process. Their security level is high and I felt safe processing my information with them. I selected their Gold package and the site walked me through everything I needed; state and federal requirements, etc... In the end I printed our the forms customized for me and send in the forms. It was easier then choosing our wedding cake!
- How long did it take until you received confirmation your name had been changed? Was this what you expected? 1-2 months, mainly because I took my time sending in the forms. As expected.
- Would you recommend this to another bride? Did you receive the level of service expected? Definitely! There service Is immediate - no back and forth.
