- Type of limo & transportation? Bling-level? We had originally booked a 10 passenger limousine. Due to the snow storm we experience, Able called us to see if we would be interested in a free upgrade to thier Hummer limousine. When the vehicle arrived it was absolutely amazing. The interior was spotless and gave us extra room for our group. The stereo system was awesome. The bars were made of Corian and it had colored lighting everywhere. Truly a fantastic vehicle.
- Did the driver play along? Discrete? Allow shenanigans? Our driver was MC and we could not have asked for a better driver. He was so helpful in all aspects of the service. At the church he lifted my wifes dress to keep it out of the snow and slop and helped get her situated in the church with the wedding coordinator. While we were doing pictures he was there to assist my wife with her dress so the photographer could take ictures. Upon exiting the church he had champagne waiting for the entire group. The Hummer was very large and MC handled that vehilce with ease. He was just fantastic in all ways. He even called us that morning to introduce himself and see if there was anything we needed or if we had any special requests for the limo.
- Who was in your entourage? We had a group of 10 people which consisted of the entire wedding party. With the larger vehicle everybody was extremely comfortable.
- Happy? Meet your wedding transportation needs? Why or why not? When we called to make our reservation we were directed to Kristi who handles all of thier weddings. Niether of us had done this before and Kristi took the time to explain all of our options, answered all of our questions and got all of the particulars of the wedding as far as times, locations and any requests we had. She even met with us on a Sunday, which was her day off, so that we could preview thier vehicles. She was extremely helpful in pointing us to the right vehicle to meet our needs and did not try to over sell us, as others had done. The reservations person who called us the morning of the event was also very helpful, unfortunately I did not get his name. He explained that with the snow it would be safer and more comfortable if we would use thier Hummer limo. As Kristi had done previously, he confirmed all of the details of our event to make sure that everything went smooth. Very professional.
