- Most enjoyable part of your Bed & Breakfast stay? So, Andrie Rose Inn is run by Irene Maston who also manages Irene's Cakes. Irene made my wedding cake (wedding in Manchester, VT). I requested a cupcake tower rather than a traditional tiered wedding cake. And, to cater to my and my husband's diverging tastes we went with chocolate with fresh raspberries and yellow cake with fresh blueberries. Let me tell you that the cake was simply sublime!! My favorite moment was scarfing down 4 cupcakes in the room the night of our wedding! Thank you, Irene.
