...just simply delicious Cakes, Desserts and Confections

We had Just Simply Delicious make our wedding cake. We had a destination wedding in the mountains of NC. Had to do all planning via email and phone. We found a picture of a cake we loved and told Debi, the owner to do the cake just as pictured.

Well the cake didn't look close to what was pictured and we were very disappointed. The cake was also dry and stale tasting. Over half of the cake was uneaten and the top that we were going to save for our first year anniversary we just threw away because it was so nasty. After the terrible let down of the cake not looking like what we asked, it tasting nasty and having to throw away our anniversary piece...we tried to speak with the owner (Debi) about compensation for such poor workmanship and taste of the cake. We paid almost $700 for this cake. Debi was extremely rude to us and refused to offer any compensation for her poor quality work. She ruined our wedding cake and has no remorse what so ever for it. As long as she gets her check, she would probably serve you dog crap with fondant over it and tell you to deal with it. DO NOT LET THIS LADY RUIN YOUR WEDDING CAKE!
