- What did you get and how did you like it? Our wedding cake was absolutely fabulous! (July 23, 2011) Really we couldn't have asked for anything more! The bride's cake was beautiful and so elegant, and the groom's cake was my husband to a T! The decorations and construction of the cakes were superb and tasted wonderful! Thank you so much for the hard work and for helping making our day so memorable and special!

- What did you get and how did you like it? We had the almond cake with blackberry compote and blackberry icing and another the other flavor was almond chocolate chip cake with espresso dark chocolate ganache with espresso icing! Complete yumness!!! We love coffee so the espresso was perfect!!!
- Did they have any other options you liked? They have tons of flavors so its hard to pick just 3 for your consultation! They are not your typical options so that made it very fun and creative!!
- Were you happy? Would you do it again? OMG happy doesn't even describe how much we loved our cake!! Freakin speechless!!!! It was amazing in presentation and flavor!!! Hands down I would do it again! Every event we do from now on with come from Couture Cakes & Confections!!!
- What was the best comment from a guest? Some of our quests did not like coffee so that why we had 2 flavors, but even those guests tried the espresso and they all loved it!!! One quest even had a 2nd of the espresso and typically sneers at coffee!!!!

- What did you get and how did you like it? I could not me more pleased with Couture Cakes!! Our wedding had some bright colors and had a very whimsy feel to it. I was a little nervous about the cake being too comical and not wedding enough but Kimberly and Andrew were able to make us a wedding cake that was beautiful, elegant, and fit in with the reception PERFECTLY! They were very good about listening to our ideas, offering their opinions, and then using their expertise to make an amazing cake. The grooms cake was absolutely AMAZING!! My husband and I are really into photography and they were able to put replica of his camera and film real with pictures of us throughout our relationship onto the cake! People are still talking about the cakes!! Not only how good they looked but the taste too!! They were amazing! Some of the best cake I have ever had! (and several people at the wedding said that too!) And they have sooo many flavor options to choose from! I'm still going back and getting cupcakes from them so that I can taste there amazing creations!! If you want a wedding cake, birthday cake, or some other kind of celebration cake that will really stand out GO TO COUTURE CAKES!!!

- What did you get and how did you like it? For my wedding I got one of Couture Cake's 5 tier wedding cakes. I had alternating flavors of almond cake and strawberry filling and chocolate cake with caramel filling. Both flavors were so very delicious!! The fondant was also really delicious because they make it from scratch and don't get it from a bucket. You can really taste the difference! The best part was the design of the cake - it was so intricate and beautiful! I walked around the cake for probably 10 minutes just taking in every inch of the cake. It was so beautiful and I got so many compliments on how awesome it looked.
- Did they have any other options you liked? They had HUNDREDS of options! It was almost too difficult to decide on a few flavors because they all looked delicious and the 5 or 6 flavors I tried tasted equally great! The great thing is they will have a flavor for everyone!
- Were you happy? Would you do it again? I was so happy with the outcome of the cake!! One of the few things most people remember from the wedding is the cake. I've been to too many weddings where afterwards people make comments about how the cake was dry, too rich, etc. and I definitely didn't want that happening at my wedding. I can confidently say I don't think anyone could say that about our cake. It was moist and flavorful and sooo delicious. Me and my husband only got a few bites of our cake at the wedding and we didn't get the doggy bag that was packed for us so we have been craving more of our cake really bad! Couture Cakes was a great vendor to work with and I don't have one bad thing to say about them! I would definitely do it again!
- What was the best comment from a guest? I got SO many comments on the cake! Lots of people told me they had never seen a more beautiful wedding cake.

- What did you get and how did you like it? Couture Cakes was great!!!! Kimberly and Andrew embraced my ideas and improved upon them. There is no question that they can make beautiful, traditional wedding cakes – but where they truly impressed me was how excited they were to help me with my un-traditional wedding cake. They are so innovative and are the best with working with special requests. I am not a fan on fondant…no problem was the answer, I don’t want the same cake as anyone else... no problem again, and I really want Italian Crème Cake but it is not a popular choice with my guests….no problem – it is your day we will make it happen . Do not let the gluten free fool you folks – the cakes are delicious and you would never know that there was anything “missing”. There are no cookie cutter cakes here and your cake will be unique and different from the others you have seen. I had my heart set on a picture in a magazine of a cake that I wanted – other cake places that I went to said, “Yeah, I can do that. Here is the price”. At Couture Cakes Kimberly said (extremely excited), “Yeah, I can do that – but here is what I think will make it even better, tell me what you think!” They brought details to my cake that I had not even thought off and they consulted me every step of the way – offering me samples of ideas and making sure that I got what I wanted as a bride and made my guests happy as well. They even made a special mini cake for my husband’s nephew who has special dietary needs. They also made our groom’s cake, again better than what I was thinking just like my wedding cake. I envisioned a flat sheet cake – but that would not do for Kimberly and Andrew – they designed a 3-D World of Warcraft cake that was a surprise for the groom and even made it peanut butter and chocolate. The groom’s cake did not steal the show – but there was some fierce competition.
- Did they have any other options you liked? Also let it be known that their creativity does not only apply to cakes. They also made some of my favors for my welcome bags for my out of town guests. We introduced them to the south with Kimberly’s amazing “Pork Chocs”. My guests were amazed and still cannot stop talking about these treats – you have never had anything like this before. If you want to find out what they are you must visit Couture Cakes and ask – don’t be afraid they sound weird but you will not be disappointed.
- Were you happy? Would you do it again? Going anywhere else would be a waste of time. I was so happy, my groom was happy and my guests were amazed.
- What was the best comment from a guest? The "Pork Chocs" were the best favor I have ever got at a wedding! & I have never tasted a cake like this before..in a good way...it is awesome..is that lime?

- What did you get and how did you like it? Oh my, there are no words to describe how amazing our wedding cakes were! We were both completely overwhelmed by the intricate details and quality craftsmanship that went into making our edible works of art. They were hardly recognizable as cake. The taste OH MY, they were HEAVENLY. We had caramel apple cake with cinnamon spice butter cream, maple walnut with maple butter cream and Liam’s cake was chocolate with raspberry filling and chocolate butter cream. Everyone was in awe for the entire event!

- Were you happy? Would you do it again? Yes, very happy and completely satisfied. Yes, we would/will order from Couture Cakes again.

Couture Cakes definitely went above and beyond our expectations. The services they provided were excellent! In fact, out of all of our vendors, Couture Cake is the one vendor that did everything I asked and more. After a three month search for the perfect baker and cake tastings with 6 other bakeries we commissioned Couture Cakes by A Bountiful Harvest out of Chattanooga to design and create our engagement cake, bridal shower luncheon dessert buffet, rehearsal dinner desserts buffet, wedding cake, grooms cake and custom wedding favors. Simply put their cake was the best tasting, their ability to create everything we were looking for and more together with the all natural ingredients they use was most appealing to both of our families. It was a year long process for Couture Cakes as we commissioned them to create and provide desserts for all events surrounding our wedding. Our engagement cake - Couture Cakes famous Banana Spilt cake, it was created from multiple layers of organic Tahitian vanilla bean cake with freshly made strawberry coulis, Italian meringue banana buttercream, soft freshly made marshmallow crème and organic walnuts. It was fabulous, fun and fitting for our summer engagement party last summer. My bridal shower dessert buffet included some of the most decadent and luxurious desserts I’ve ever tasted, mini mousse shooters included Belgian dark chocolate raspberry, southern banana crème pie, lemon meringue pie, we also enjoyed fresh blackberry, raspberry truffle, lemon lavender, citrus crème, hummingbird and coconut cream cupcakes, handcrafted Belgian chocolates, Raspberry Merlot buttercream, Lemon Basil, Orange Rosemary, Milk Chocolate Decadence, Dark Chocolate Cacao Nib and Lavender truffles, Fleur de Sel Caramels, hand dipped strawberries and cherries, the buffet also included iced lemon cooler, key lime macadamia coconut, almond crunch, peanut butter, macadamia chocolate chip and iced orange pecan cookies. Our Rehearsal dinner buffet include a variety of cheesecakes - peanut butter, blackberry creme, white chocolate raspberry and pecan turtle cheesecakes, 4 layer cakes included - white chocolate caramel, Ga peach and raspberry mousse, and dark chocolate overload and vanilla bean. Our wedding cake was almond cream cake filled with organic raspberry coulis and Belgian chocolate ganache. It was the most amazing flavors combined together. We chose one cake flavor each for both the wedding and grooms cakes to keep simple for the servers with so many guests attending. Grooms Cake – Traditional red velvet but with a twist we added chocolate buttercream in the middle layer. My groom’s personal choice and he highly recommends this combo. Our handmade Belgian chocolate Lavender and Lemon truffle favors were wrapped up in beautiful custom boxes with elegant ribbons and were so stunning. Our guests were thrilled to take them home. My husband, our parents, grand parents, family members and all of our guests thoroughly enjoyed each and every bite of all the desserts created by this company. You could definitely taste the difference in the high quality ingredients they used and that each item was truly made from scratch. Each piece a miniature was work of art just begging to be eaten. As for our wedding cakes they truly were decadently delicious, exquisitely designed and masterfully decorated as there website tag line states.

- Were you happy? Would you do it again? Yes! Happy would most certainly be an understatement. We were overwhelmed by the sheer beauty and over the top decadence of each dessert. Yes, we would do it all again. We will be using Couture Cakes for all of our special events from this day forward. We highly recommend Couture Cakes in Chattanooga. Your money is well spent for the quality product and outstanding personalized one on one customer service they provide.

We hired Couture Cakes & Confections by A Bountiful Harvest in Chattanooga, Tennessee to design and create multiple cakes for our wedding, twelve table cakes, a five-tier wedding cake, a hand carved groom’s cake, an elaborate mini dessert and candy bar which include a variety of handmade Belgian chocolate truffles, dozens of chocolate dipped treats and take home favors for our 350 guests. It was a huge undertaking one Couture Cakes & Confections mastered beautifully!

- Were you happy? Would you do it again? Absolutely! All of the cakes were absolutely stunning and our five-tier wedding cake was quite the conversation piece and garnered everyone's admiration. They were so fresh, moist and wonderfully tasty that our guests enjoyed every bite as did Henry and I. We had friends and family attend from 8 states and 3 countries who all enjoyed the cakes and desserts so much they are still talking about them. Henry has passed along their name and business cards to all his partners at his firm as have I to my colleagues and we suspect Couture Cakes will be hearing for many of them in the near future. If you want the best tasting, most elegantly beautiful cakes, outstanding customer service and attention to every detail for your wedding I highly recommend Couture Cakes & Confections by A Bountiful Harvest in Chattanooga.

- What did you get and how did you like it? Couture Cakes of Chattanooga came highly recommend to my Fiancé and I by friends in Nashville who used them for their wedding two years ago. After seeing photographs of their wedding cake and hearing their reviews on the taste and quality of the cakes I immediately called to book a consultation. Good thing I had over a year because they were already booked for my date luckily we were able to change our date to the following weekend. After over a year of planning our destination wedding in Tennessee it was such a delight both seeing the finished cakes and eating them too! The bride and groom’s cakes Couture Cakes of Chattanooga made for our wedding were so beautiful. The colors were perfectly matched to our color palette and the cakes were absolutely delicious, especially the fondant and buttercream icing. The English toffee filling in Peter’s cake was a very sweet surprise our guests weren’t expecting. I could not believe that the flowers on the bridal cake weren't real…they were so perfect and beautifully painted. Everything on the cake was exceptionally detailed and it was a shame to have to cut into it. But, we did and thoroughly enjoyed every last bite. Actually, truth be told we didn't just enjoy it, but devoured it! It was fabulous! Kimberly and Andrew at Couture Cakes of Chattanooga are so gifted, they made the outside of each cake as beautiful as the inside tasted and that's a very special talent that doesn’t come along much in wedding cakes. Usually wedding cake doesn’t taste very nice but so is NOT the case with Couture Cakes of Chattanooga trust me on this one. We’re from New England and we’ve had cake from both the Charm City Cakes (Ace of Cakes) and Cake Boss bakeries at various events and in all honesty the taste and quality cannot even compare to Couture Cakes of Chattanooga. Many thanks goes out to Kimberly & Andrew for their hard work and dedication to creating the best looking and tasting cakes in the nation! We’re looking forward to our cupcake of the month club selection arriving soon!
