- We decided to do something a little different this year for our 4 year old daughter’s birthday and agreed upon a custom cake. This was the best idea we had in years and it was the hit of the party! Jennifer is an outstanding cake designer and she really made it quite simple for us. We knew that we had to have a Tinker Bell theme since our 4 year old is into Tink this year. We sat down with Jennifer and discussed our theme, colors, cake flavors, and how many we intend to feed and she ran with it from there. When she arrived with the cake, our jaws fell to the floor. The cake was amazing and we couldn’t wait until the guests arrived to show off our beautiful cake. Our daughter received lots of Tinker Bell toys, dolls, and clothes, but the cake was all she was talking about. When it came time to cut into it, we hesitated for some time and did not want to disturb this masterpiece, but finally the kiddo’s overruled us. OMG…we did not think that the cake would taste anywhere close to what it looked liked, but it did!!! All of the adults in the room couldn’t stop talking about the flavor and how moist the cake was. We decided on the chocolate cake and that will be the only flavor that we will be ordering from Jennifer from now on. Each piece would just melt in your mouth! Most of the guests that were invited were our neighbors and every single person wanted Jennifer’s contact information for their next event. We also pulled up Jennifer’s website and all the adults were huddled around the computer while the kiddos were still working on their cake and ice cream. Surprisingly, we even saw our cake on her website and that even added to the excitement to our daughter’s birthday experience. We have finally found our cake specialists and we will never order from anyone else ever again!!! Outstanding Job Jennifer!!! We have two more cake requests coming soon and really excited to work with Jennifer again.

- What did you get and how did you like it? I have ordered three cakes from Cake Kreations over the past four months. All three cakes have been huge hits! The chocolate cake is to die for! My sister in law who was visiting from out of state said that the cake was the best that she had ever tasted. Not only are the cakes delicious, but Jennifer always goes above and beyond to ensure that the quality of the cake is exactly what the customer wanted. Jennifer's creativity has been displayed in each of the cakes that I've ordered from her. My daughter's birthday cake was an absolutely adorable 3-D flower pot with flowers coming out of the soil(oreo cookies), ladybugs crawling on the side of the pot and a beautiful pink (my daughter's favorite color) ribbon with happy birthday written on it. We received numerous compliments from guests on the presentation as well as the taste of the cake. I would highly recommend Cake Kreations to anyone who is looking for a delicious, creative cake designed by someone who aims to make the customer happy!

- What did you get and how did you like it? Awful cake. Awful business person. My cake was the rock climbing cake which is currently pictured on the website's last page. The cake LOOKED great, but was completely UNEDIBLE. I have never tasted such an awful cake. The Red Velvet tier was horribly dry and the Italian Cream tier tasted exactly like Play-Do. I can't even imagine how that could happen. The cake was intended for my boyfriend's surprise birthday party, which was on a Saturday night and, therefore, it was too late to get a different cake. NOBODY ate the cake. When I called Jennifer Monday morning she was incredibly rude even though I was extremely patient and nice in spite of it ruining the birthday dinner. She OFFERED (rudely) to "send back my 90 bucks". I, however, emailed her stating that I would be happy with just half of that since the cake LOOKED great. What a terrible business person to have only sent me $40 with a note stating that she charges $30 for the cakes alone so "$40 should suffice". It may only be a $5 difference, but she did OFFER to send $90 and I NICELY said I would be fine with $45. I will not only NEVER refer anyone to her, I will make sure that my family and friends know NOT to order from her. Since when should the CUSTOMER be treated poorly after receiving an awful cake with a side of sub-standard customer service and poor business ethics?
