- Favorite part of wedding day catering? The food was just incredible. It was by far the best meal I have ever eaten in my life. Chef Ashley has this uncanny ability to make it taste different from anything else.
- How was food presented at the wedding reception? Cocktail hour? After-party? Brunch? We had a 4 course sit down dinner, and everything from the china to the food plating was elegant. She even brought candles and flowers to make the tables extra special.
- Most creative part of your wedding day catering? The menu and plating presentations. Everything looked like we had just stepped into one of the finest restaurants in NYC
- Favorite wedding dessert? The Mascarpone Cheesecake with Caramel. Oh my god! It was just to die for. It melts in your mouth like butter.
