- Favorite part of wedding day catering? Danielle & her staff were so attentive to my guests needs. They were able to provide amazing service, but never made us feel like we were being overwhelmed with staff.
- How was food presented at the wedding reception? Cocktail hour? After-party? Brunch? We opted to do ethnic buffet stations. Each one was presented in a beautiful way, and the food tasted amazing!
- Most creative part of your wedding day catering? Danielle has an organic garden, and is a member of CSA, so all of our vegetables were from local farms within 25 miles!
- Favorite wedding dessert? Danielle & her chefs make the most amazing mini cupcakes, and displayed them like a wedding cake - red velvet was the best! Beats any wedding cake!
