- How was food presented at the wedding reception? Cocktail hour? After-party? Brunch? I was looking for a unique idea for my mother in law who literally has EVERYTHING!!! I called Angie, on the day before Mother's Day ~ and she personally hand delivered beautifully decorated chocolate covered strawberries and raspberries in a gorgeous wrapped box to her ~ and then went a step further, at no charge, and delivered some to me, since I am a mother as well. Angie also did the "Turkey" strawberries for a work function at Thanksgiving - we "gobbled" them up quickly, even though they were too adorable to eat. Service first rate - presentation like no other - and the best quality berries, she must have to fly south to get them!!! I recommend her ALWAYS!!!

- Favorite part of wedding day catering? My order was actually for a bridal luncheon. I worked with Angela the owner on a creative presentation.
- How was food presented at the wedding reception? Cocktail hour? After-party? Brunch? The bride and groom were actually pears dipped in chocolate and then decorated accordingly. The "bridesmaids" were strawberries dipped in cheesecake and then chocolate. The swirls on the strawberries were teal to match the colors from the bridesmaid's dresses.
- Most creative part of your wedding day catering? Making the pear couple larger pieces of fruit really set off the display. The strawberries were super juicy and delicious. No one wanted to eat such a gorgeous display, but once they dug in, the oooohhhhs! and ahhhhhhsssss! began. Every single person was impressed with the taste and presentation of the heavenly desserts.
