- The look of the tent when I walked in
- very nicely, hors d'oeuvres were presented with garnishes and by staff in black vest and tie. Entrees were served hot and looked fantastic, they even decorated the cake plates with coolis
- With the help of the caterer, my wife designed the look of each table, from the linens to the table setting.
- we chose to have only cake as a dessert. It was good though

- Favorite part of wedding day catering? I did alot of research about bar service pricing, they charged $14 a person, you can't beat that price with a stick
- How was food presented at the wedding reception? Cocktail hour? After-party? Brunch? friendly black tie staff during cocktail hour, every plate ahad a garnish, even the cake plates.
- Most creative part of your wedding day catering? we worked together with the caterer to provide these lavish, purple overlays for the tables. They looked very nice with the centerpieces and the bridesmaid dresses
- Favorite wedding dessert? Just cake for dessert
