- Favorite part of wedding day catering? The creativity. Each guest chose either wine or beer. If you chose wine, you got a 5 course meal catered to match the 5 wines that you tasted throughout the evening (same with the beer choice)
- How was food presented at the wedding reception? Cocktail hour? After-party? Brunch? Multiple course meal. Sit down. Amazing, gorgeous presentation.
- Most creative part of your wedding day catering? The fact that it was catered around either wine or beer and each dish was truly unique and tasty! All the guests were so happily discussing each course and wine or beer serving.
- Favorite wedding dessert? They made this amazing chocolate thing. I can't remember the details but it was nothing I had ever had before and it was incredible. I am planning on hiring them for my wedding!
