- Favorite part of wedding day catering? My long, detailed review on WeddingWire.com describes my disappointment with Brian Jackson and Silver Tray Staffing (STS). STS handled the bartending & cake-cutting for my wedding, they did not handle catering. The OneWed review interface forces me to put stars in each category, but STS had nothing to do with Food Quality or Food Presentation so those should really be n/a. However, in my opinion, their Service Quality deserves one star, and their Value deserves two stars.
