- Favorite part of wedding day catering? The outstanding service and how much they care goes without words!
- How was food presented at the wedding reception? Cocktail hour? After-party? Brunch? They were only required to stay for two hours but we had 75 extra guests or more and they stayed at no additional charge and made it work. They went above and beyond! They treated us like family.
- Most creative part of your wedding day catering? The space they had was limited and they made every effort to work with it and it came out beautiful. Way to go Team Cortez!
- Favorite wedding dessert? Pastries were fabulous!
