  • Favorite part of wedding day catering? The food was delicious and ouor guests greatly enjoyed as well! I don't really have ONE favorite part. The whole thing was great! They also had great challenges with our venue since it was an old building and the breakers kept flipping off! Yet, we all laughed it off!
  • How was food presented at the wedding reception? Cocktail hour? After-party? Brunch? It was a simple buffet style (disposable roasters as apposed to fancier chafing dishes). It came in handy to have the simple chafers when we got to bring them home with the leftovers!!
  • Most creative part of your wedding day catering? It was fairly simple. We used tasty Persuasions as our rehearsal dinner caterer. We didn't want anything to creative or anything. We are very simple people :D
  • Favorite wedding dessert? Well, we were not originally going to have a dessert (very long story!) but when we finally picked our menu (and date!) Tina made us mini cherry cheesecakes and didn't even charge us!!! And they were DELICIOUS!!!

  • Favorite part of wedding day catering? Excellent garlic chicken!
  • How was food presented at the wedding reception? Cocktail hour? After-party? Brunch? The food was buffet style, with staff serving at the table.
  • Most creative part of your wedding day catering? The food was excellent, and it was very affordable. Tina was great accommodating our lactose intolerant and glutten free guests!
  • Favorite wedding dessert? The cake was ordered from another company, but I'm sure it would have been great.

  • Favorite part of wedding day catering? The best part of the meal was the appetizers they were amazing and I loved hearing all of our guest rave about the stuffed mushrooms. The service was incredible and Tina and her staff were very accomodating of our dietary needs. I was also impressed by the detial that was put into every dish. My favorite thing however was that Tina put a platter of appetizers together that were just for my husband and I and they were incredible! It was such a good touch to really make our special day even better.
  • How was food presented at the wedding reception? Cocktail hour? After-party? Brunch? The appetizers were presented buffet style that was serve yourself. The dinner was also presented buffet style however there was a staff who served each dish. This worked very well for us since our venue was a big hall and there was a good amount of room to easily move guest through the line.
  • Most creative part of your wedding day catering? The most creative part of the meal was the big silver platter of appetizers that were just for the bride and groom. I never would have thought of that myself and it was a delightful surprise!
  • Favorite wedding dessert? We did not have any desserts offered and the cake was prepared by a relative. However we did have coffee and tea service to go with our cake.
