My favorite part of the wedding day catering was the food was better than most wedding food. My least favorite part of the catering was it was very unorganized and communication with Marsha was horrible which led to a disaster at the event. Marsha asked me to rent specific things, which I did and set them out right in front of the kitchen. Even though it was right there, she was still calling me the day of the wedding looking for things. Obviously, I was getting ready. As an event coordinator, I feel it is your job to figure it out rather than call the bride. I also set up the entire venue which should have been done by her staff so calling me the day of was even more ridiculous being that they should have had plenty of time to set up. One of the things she needed was appetizer plates, which she never specified needing when I specifically asked what she needed me to rent but charged us for them in the end anyway. If I had a question, I would email her; she would respond with one word responses which led to a lack of liquor license, which in turn ruined the entire event. If she took more time communicating with people who were spending thousands of dollars to use her 'event coordinating and catering' then she should take time to read their questions.
The food was presented in stations which was good for our smaller venue but due to the disrespect the wait staff had with the guests over how much food they put on each plate, it probably would have been better to do buffet so my guests did not have wait staff rolling their eyes at them. Also, there was no reason to be stingy over how much pasta on each plate being that we paid for ten extra people than attended the wedding.
Marsha brought flowers bouquets to match the flowers that I had at the venue. Though, these are not as elaborate as her website makes them out to be.
The dessert was ordered from another vendor but Marsha said they would put the cupcakes on the cupcake stand. When the company brought the dessert, Bella Catering staff was rude to them asking "what are we supposed to do with this", which is unprofessional was told they were going to put it on the cake stand.

Favorite part of wedding day catering? I absoluty had to worry about nothing.....they went above and beyond what any caterer is obligated to do, so my wife would not have a care in the world and could concentrate on our big day.
How was food presented at the wedding reception? Cocktail hour? After-party? Brunch? Cocktail hour, full buffet/station dinner, and brunch the next day
