Stella is a client who has complained about ivory rental chair covers not being ivory. However, the chair covers were confirmed as ivory by multiple employees of Henderson Wedding Rentals as well as Henderson Wedding Rentals supplier, as a friend of Stella's accidently shipped the chair covers back to the supplier instead of back to Henderson Wedding Rentals. One problem with the color is that Stella's ivory table cloths came from a different company than ours so the table cloths were a different shade of ivory compared to our chair covers. Also, Stella had complaints about wrinkles from chair covers stating we intentionally tricked her but our website lists under all product descriptions that they may have wrinkles from shipping and packing but the wrinkles are usually easily removed by getting them wet and putting them in a dryer. We have had many satisfied customers including brides and event planners and are disappointed that we were not able to come to a satisfactory conclusion with Stella as customer satisfaction is very important to us.
