How did staff meet your personal wedding style needs? My wedding was 6/7/2008, I met with Anna about 6 months before. I paid my deposit of $385 and signed a contract. It was time for my next payment, so I sent her a check for $400. I then had a question, Anna never returned my emails and her Indiana phone number was disconnected. I called the Ohio phone number and she answered she assured me everything was ok with my linens. About 10 days before the wedding I had another question, she wouldn't return my calls or emails. After several attempts I went to her place of business, they hadn't seen her in 2 weeks. I went with another linen co. I put a stop payment on my $400 check and I turned Anna into the BBB. She did email me about 5 days before my wedding saying she would refund my money, it is 8 months since my wedding and I have still not received my $385 deposit back. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever seen!
