- Décor? Decorations? Theme of your wedding? We hired Renee to do our chair covers at our wedding. We also hired her to set up our candy bar. On Wednesday before the wedding we drove to her house and dropped off everything for the candy bar (all the candy was already in jars and everything was well labeled). Renee promised us that she would get there early and everything would be perfect. When I was about to be announced I noticed that the candy bags we ordered and had personalized were not on the candy table, our candy tongs were all missing, and the linens that she promised to dress up the table were not there. Panicking I asked the Captain what happened and he said that Renee had lost them. On top of that the Bath and Body works hand soaps and candles that we dropped off at her house with labels to place in the bathrooms were not there. My mother, the captain at the hall, and two of my friends tried calling Renee to get the stuff that wasn't at the hall all night and she NEVER returned our calls. The day after the wedding, she still didn't return our calls. When we finally got ahold her she said that it was so crazy ppl were running all over the place and blamed it on the hall. In addition she was yelling and raising her voice at us!! ARE YOU SERIOUS RENEE?? You ruined part of my wedding and you are going to yell at us?? The candy bar was our favor for our guests and they had to use a flipping popcorn bags from the hall because you were so irresponsible!! Well, when we talked to the hall and the cake lady it turns out that Renee was an hour late!!!!! The hall had to call her because she was SO late! She lost or forgot half of the stuff that she was supposed to bring. It cost us $120 for personalized candy bags and we spent 3 hours gluing flowers on them and she refuses to give our money back!! Not to mention she also lost our candy tongs and Bath and Body Works products! I could care less about the money! I will only get married once and on my wedding day my favors were passed out in a popcorn bag, because Renee and her horrible company lost the stuff. How embarrassing for me! I am so incredibly disappointed with this company. She seemed all sweet and great at first, but I have to tell everyone that this was an absolutely horrible experience! Don’t be fooled by her!! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! She is unprofessional and obviously very unorganized!!!!
- How did staff meet your personal wedding style needs? Renee, her mom, and sister are HORRIBLE! At first, Renee seemed super nice and a great person to work with! I cannot tell you how wrong we were! Spend your money somewhere else!! Give it to someone who deserves it!!

- Décor? Decorations? Theme of your wedding? I was very pleased with the service Renee provided for our wedding, she did our chair covers/linens, backdrop, centerpieces,and charger plates. She met with us constantly and did 2 mock set-ups for us. Her work the day of was so beautiful and clean, I had to write every great review on her possible. She is very talented and it shows! I would refer her to everyone!

- Décor? Decorations? Theme of your wedding? Renee did my linens for my wedding last month and she did such a great job. She did not have what I wanted in stock so she specially made my things (navy satin pillowcase chair covers), Renee and her mom sewed the linens themselves. She is so talented and the room was transformed to exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend this company to any and everyone!!!!!

- Décor? Decorations? Theme of your wedding? I found rena with Star chair Covers on onewed and I am so happy I picked her to do my chair covers and table cloths for my wedding in November of this year. She has been so amazing so far I have been really nervous about the linen thing because I was at my friend's wedding last year and the linen company that she hired NEVER SHOWED UP!!!! so she had no linens for her wedding and she was so upset the whole night and I definetly did not want that happening to me. When I contacted Rena she was so great, so helpful, I have asked her if I could come to some of her other weddings( to see her work) and she was more then happy to let me know when and where. So far I have been so pleased with the work she has done!
- How was your wedding unique, personalized? I was not sure what table linens I wanted but rena helped me choose the best table cloths to go with my chair covers. She really knows what linens look great together.

- How was your wedding unique, personalized? Rene from Allstar Chair Covers did my wedding last month at the Dearborn Inn and she did an amazing job!!! She is so professional and so sweet. When I was looking for a linen vendor I had called a few in her area and they were so rude and so unprofessional until I stumbled upon Rene(I noticed that her old number is on this site her number is (248) 752-7506). I had no clue what I wanted and she was so helpful in picking out my linens I wanted all this color and she suggested to go elegant and do all ivory satin chair covers, naapkins and table cloths and it looked like something out of a magazine!! I could'nt believe it was my wedding!! Her prices are great her services are excillent! We love her so much she is doing my brother's wedding in September and my best friend's wedding in November!! I would recommend her to everyone and anyone!! She is super busy and I was a bit of a bridezilla so a few times she was not as prompt in returning my phone calls ( it was kinda my fault because I called her like 10 times a day:) But none the less She is the best! Thanks Rene!
