- How did staff meet your personal wedding style needs? Erika made my wedding planning so easy! On the day of the wedding, I didn't need to worry or stress about anything because I knew she was going to take care of all the last minute details and make sure everything was running smoothly. At first, I didn't even think I needed a wedding planner but now I don't know how I could have done it without her. We had a very small budget (a $5k wedding) and we only gave her $500 to cover all our decorating expenses. She did such an excellent job and had so many contacts that she knew exactly where to get great linens, favors, etc for a very good price. After the wedding we received so many compliments on how beautiful it was. I give all the credit to Erika and Eco-Posh Events!
