We were VERY disappointed with Chuck. We sent him every special song (which we spent LOTS of time picking out) that he needed for both our ceremony and reception in PLENTY of time for the event. However, he never downloaded them into his equipment. On the day of our wedding, he tried unsuccessfully to use the internet to do it (there was not good reception at our venue). As a result, NONE of our ceremony songs were right (except for my Brother singing and playing his guitar live--which SAVED the ceremony), and he played one of my least favorite songs after we were married and walked down the aisle. He didn't have the Mother-Son dance song, and he never played a song I asked be dedicated to my Maid of Honor. At least everyone ended up having fun at the reception--I sent him a note after the fact telling him how disappointed we were, and told him I wanted to give him a chance to respond before I reviewed him anywhere. He apologized and assured me he would be sending my Father a refund for the ceremony. That was on November 10th and they have YET to receive a check. So, here I am writing my review that I am certain will not show up on this web page. Unfortunately, I could not review him on Gig Masters since we did not book him through that service; although I did read a review on there that sounded very similar to what happened to us. Terrible.
