- Tiffany helped me find the most amazing wedding dress. I tried on lots of dresses mostly all the same style but wasn't quite feeling it...everything seemed so heavy on the bottom. Then she suggested I try a dress that was similer to what I'd been trying but a lighter fabric... it was perfect.
- We added a halter strap that turned out perfectly. Cost of alterations were average and I did have to arrange my schedule to make appointments. Overall it was a success and I love my dress!
- I ordered shoes and had them dyed to match my bridesmaids dresses - love them! I'll get to wear them more often too!
- I've seen them super busy and yet they are always pleasant and helpful! I loved Tiffany and her pretty smile she always had and she always remembered my name! It made me feel special and that's how every bride should feel!

- Lots of wedding dresses & tuxedos? Ask about your wedding style? Trunk show? Discounts? The selection is great for what I was looking for.
- Wedding dress or tux alterations or customization needed? What kind? I went somewhere else for the alterations after my horrible experience.
- Purchase wedding accessories (think shoes, tiaras, jewelry, lingerie, tie, pocket square, cufflinks)? What kind? I purchased my veil there and loved it.
- Recommend this bridal shop or tuxedo rental? What did you love most? Do NOT buy a dress at this shop! The girl helping me out was ok at best, but the real issue is this store tricks you by ordering you dresses that are too big and then convincing you that you need tons of alterations and charging you for those alterations to make the bill even bigger. I found THE dress at this shop and then had them measure me and they told me I was a certain size and said that bridal dresses run a different size... so who am I to question them? I signed all the paperwork and then when my dress came in months later I was more than swimming in it! It was MASSIVE. And they kept trying to convince me that alterations can be done and its not a big deal. Well I could have bought a dress for half the price if I wanted alterations done on a massive dress.... No, I ordered my dress to be made to my size, without needing to pay extra money for a ton of alterations. This is how they make their money! I plan on reporting them to the better business bureau. Because it is not hard to take my size and then match it with a chart. They at first tried the alterations argument, and when I was not having it, they tried to argue that I lost weight... um actually I gained 3 pounds but definitely did not lose over 25 pounds! Then they tried to argue that they ordered a bigger size because I was tall... Really? Then the owner finally just admitted she did not know what happened since she was not the salesgirl. One good thing is after a lot of crying and the owner agreed to order me my correct size if I gave this one back. However, the owner is extremely rude and I would not recommend having to go through this. She does not understand what customer service is and instead of admitting on being wrong kept giving me excuses and was extremely mean in even agreeing to order my correct size. And there is enough stress with planning a wedding. Seriously, one of the worst experiences of my life. Suzanne does not know what customer service means at all and is, as childish as this sounds, a mean and horrible person. She treated me absolutely horribly when they screwed up my wedding dress order. Maybe its another dress for them, but it is my only wedding dress. My correct size had to be rush made and I just finally got it. So that is silver lining but unless you order your gown 1 year in advance like I did... let me tell you, you would have had a massive gown that would never look the same after being altered to be half its size. Stay away from this shop and their bad antics, of course unless you find the right gown and oversee all aspects of ordering and sizing, which should never be the customer's job in the first place.

- Wedding dress or tux alterations or customization needed? What kind? AMAZING!!!! - Suzanne is incredible - I was completely in love with my gown and the custom details she created for me.

- Recommend this bridal shop or tuxedo rental? What did you love most? There are SOOOO many beautiful dresses!!! I felt like a princess - and when I found the perfect dress, I never wanted to take it off! :)
