- Lots of wedding dresses & tuxedos? Ask about your wedding style? Trunk show? Discounts? When I made my appointment, the consultant asked what styles I liked. When I arrived, several dresses were waiting for me to try on. Me, my mom and my sisters were also pulling dresses. The consultants was also pulling in additional dresses according to my likes and dislikes. They knew exactly what would flatter my figure the best and took into consideration my wedding location and budget. I narrowed down my choices to 3 out of the 7 or 8 dresses I liked. I saved a lot on my dress compared to other prices I was quoted. They were very honest and sincere.
- Wedding dress or tux alterations or customization needed? What kind? They don't have an alterations person in their store, but referred me to two ladies who each have over 25 years experience. My dress required just a little taking in at the bust as I had expected and the hem was ordered to my height proportions which was just perfect.
- Purchase wedding accessories (think shoes, tiaras, jewelry, lingerie, tie, pocket square, cufflinks)? What kind? Yes, the veil and tiara. They have a lot of selection and I found several that would have gone with my dress. They have a package deal so I saved a lot.
- Recommend this bridal shop or tuxedo rental? What did you love most? All the consultants there were very attentive beginning with taking an interest in me when I made my appointment to following up with me when the dress was ordered. Everything was ready for me when I arrived for my appointment. They worked with me for for more than two hours and were never pushy. They were very professional and knowledgeable about all the designer lines they carry and I was even able to change the bodice style for less than $100. The dress came in about 3.5 months later and everything was perfect. I have referred many of my friends there.
