- Wedding dress or tux alterations or customization needed? What kind? they "forgot" about alterations. When one of the bridesmaids went in last minute to try again, they left her standing in a room for a half hour....."FORGOT" about her AGAIN!!!!!
- Recommend this bridal shop or tuxedo rental? What did you love most? I wanted to give zero stars, but the website requires you to give at least one. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL: My friend was insulted for being too thin; I was called fat. My receipt was altered AFTER I signed it and agreed to the costs, then they re-charged my credit card for the new things they decided to charge me for. The owner did not comprehend the term "customer service" and was OK with it when I told her I would never recommend the shop to anyone. Bottom line: you're better off wearing potato sacks than dealing with this place. Just go somewhere else. Anywhere else.
