they "forgot" about alterations. When one of the bridesmaids went in last minute to try again, they left her standing in a room for a half hour....."FORGOT" about her AGAIN!!!!!
I wanted to give zero stars, but the website requires you to give at least one. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL: My friend was insulted for being too thin; I was called fat. My receipt was altered AFTER I signed it and agreed to the costs, then they re-charged my credit card for the new things they decided to charge me for. The owner did not comprehend the term "customer service" and was OK with it when I told her I would never recommend the shop to anyone. Bottom line: you're better off wearing potato sacks than dealing with this place. Just go somewhere else. Anywhere else.
