- Recommend this bridal shop or tuxedo rental? What did you love most? The people here were extremely rude. I bought two dresses on sale and they gave them to me in GLAD TRASH BAGS! We asked if we good take them hanging and the owner laughed at us and said she didn't hang sale dresses. Why not? Kohl's does. They were snippy and acted like I was out to ruin their dresses. I did everything they asked - take off my shoes, jewelry, put on a face mask, wash my hands - it's not like I was hesitant and they had to convince me. They just treated me like I was a second-class customer. They snapped at my mom and took her jewelry when she took it off and didn't give it back when she was done. She forgot it and had to go back. Even girls who like a good deal get married and need a dress, but this place is definitely not where I'd go. On one of my dresses, the straps were too long and I knew it would have to be altered. The girl mentioned that they have a seamstress, but we pointed out that they probably wouldn't alter a sale dress for free (I don't know if they do it normally for free) but would the seamstress be there to tell us or did she know how much it would cost? The seamstress wasn't there and the girl laughed because she had just left, like she thought it was funny we'd want to speak to her. She didn't know how much it would cost.
