I am in the process of having a stressful experience with jB. I ordered my dress in April my wedding is 9/4/09 I have no dress. The 1st was sent to me June 10th. Allison DirectorofSales got back to me on the 12th saying to send it back and told me that it would take a month to make &ship the new dress... I sent the dress back 4days later. It was weeks and I hear nothing eventhough she assured em she would contact me to let em knwo the process. I e-mailed her she said they it and the remake is in progress. On july 14th I hadnt heard anythgin and I was trying to contact her through email but was ignored I finally said: You need to tell me an estimated date my wedding is in less than 12wks. Allison responded it will be ready to ship in 10 days you should have it in 2 1/2 wks @ the very most. So on August 5th I sent an email saying where is the dress. The dress isnt done yet I have no dress now Im trying to get my money back so I can find one. Teh dress woudl need alterations and there si no time for alterations/bustle I can not get a seamstress with no dress for htat short notice. They cant see it feel it judge the timing. And like allison said the dress is so detailed theres no way of telling time needed........and she works for Julius! Hello I will be writing a full reveiw once I see how they choose to work otu out this issue. Hopefully fairly. My weddi is in 3 1/2 weeks pray I find a dress. Be careful with Julius Bridal and be prepared its risky.
