- Recommend this bridal shop or tuxedo rental? What did you love most? The level of customer service was horrible. If this was my company I would be extremely embarrassed. My order didn't arrive on time, not even close. Try over a month overdue. When my shoes actually arrived, they sent the wrong shoes. Nobody would take blame for my late order. I was mislead regarding the status of my order, as they kept claiming it was sent. Yet when i finally received my order the shipping date and the postal slip proved they forgot to send my order. Ted the owner was rude and never returned calls or emails. And never apologized for sending the wrong shoes. Because my order arrived so late, there was no time to send them back for the actual shoes i had paid for and purchased. Just a warning for any other potential buyers. Buyer be ware.

- Recommend this bridal shop or tuxedo rental? What did you love most? I do not recommend purchasing anything from this store. The customer service I received was horrible. My order was over a month overdue. Ted was rude and totally uncooroperative. I was mislead regarding the status of my order. If you are ordering for a special event, do not waste time and money on this company. You may not receive your order on time.
