Recommend this bridal shop or tuxedo rental? What did you love most? Don't buy from this company. I ordered a veil months before my wedding, and my credit card was charged, but I never heard anything from the company. I emailed their customer service repeatedly to try and get an update on my order. The phone number listed on their website did not work. and they didn't answer any of my emails. With no veil in site and no way to get in touch with the company but my wedding date fast approaching, I did a charge-back on my credit card. Finally, a few days before my wedding, they shipped the veil. Unfortunately I was already out of town (my wedding was in the town I grew up in, not the town I lived in) and I did not receive the veil in time to wear it to the wedding. If you do decide to risk buying a veil from this company, be aware that you cannot return it - they purposefully delay shipping until right before your event date, and their return policy makes it impossible to return the item after that date. Also, you should definitely lie about your event date by a month or more to ensure that you receive the veil before the wedding. I feel scammed by this company and their customer service is the worst I've ever experienced.
