Great selection of wedding gowns and bridesmaids dresses. No tuxes, they don't do guy's clothing. There was a good 'as is' discount rack, but that was about all. They're not a bargain store, they charge a fair price for nice dresses and great service.
No alterations needed. They were great about measuring accurately. They do have a lady who does alterations on site, but we didn't need her services.
They had a lot of accessories available, and it looked like a good selection. I had already decided not to buy any there as accessories tend to be heavily marked up - dressy heels from a regular shoe store and making my own veil were better options for me. Nothing wrong with the store here, that's just where I chose to cut my costs.
Yes, I'd recommend them. They have a beautiful facility, a good selection of dresses in the $800-$2000 range, and are tops to work with. I felt like a princess for the day. I had fraudulent charges on my credit card a couple of weeks after I bought my dress. It was the only time I'd used my card within the previous month, and certainly the only time I filled out other information (including home and email addresses) which the thief had. I highly suspect that someone was getting a look at their receipts. I informed them of the problem, hopefully they've investigated and found the guilty party by now.
