As the country’s premier provider of floral preservation since 1994, Keepsake Floral preserves the actual flowers that you carry on your wedding day, so you can enjoy your flowers in your Keepsake as a piece of custom artwork for decades! Find out more...
Keepsake Floral took almost $1000 from us and then lost our flowers and refused to refund us. They said they did all the work and have to be paid for it. Never mind the fact that they lost the product. I can't believe they can even get away with that! We are having to get representation to handle Dana, the woman in charge who says we're just our of luck.
NOT AT ALL. THIS COMPANY IS COMPLETELY UNETHICAL.

Review: Nice looking, but cheaply made & bad service
Wedding bouquet at a glance? What was included? I purchased a beautiful piece 3 years ago for over $800. It included my bouquet, invitation, and husband's boutonniere.
The piece was a wall hanging and it hung for only 2 years (the first year we were in an apartment that didn't let us hang anything on the wall).
Well, about 2 weeks ago, I came home to my beautiful piece on the ground. Nothing hit it. The room was actually empty except for a chair/desk in the opposite corner.
I called Keepsake and encountered horrible customer service. After a while of arguing with them, they did offer to give me half off the cost of their least expensive frames, but they kept telling me that the fall was a result of something I did. They do not stand by their product and do not offer brides help once the product has been sold.
Well, I took the piece to 2 local framers who assured me that the fall was a result of their faulty frames. Both told me the frames were very cheaply done, the screws were wrong, and there was only a tiny bit of glue. So, there is no way I am taking their half off deal to fix the frame I have, if it will only break again!
I had previously recommended Keepsake due to the lovely product, but if you are looking for a product that will last, DO NOT go with Keepsake. Most of their slogans/ads say something to the effect that you will have memories to cherish for a lifetime. How about 2 years? Their products are expensive, but made cheap, and customer service is horrible if you have a problem.
