- Most enjoyable part of your salon & spa experience? I had a horrible experience with Allie Underwood as my make up artist. I booked Allie 12 months before my wedding. I left a deposit, signed a contract, and had Allie come to my house for a trial 11 months before the wedding. Allie called to confirm the night before my wedding. On the day of my wedding she did not show up. She did not answer any of my calls. She has not answered any of my emails. My maid of honor had to run to CVS to buy make up. I did not get my deposit back. My wedding was wonderful and my friends and mom helped me with my make up, but Allie Underwood very easily could have ruined this very special day. Unforgivable.
