Did salon services meet your wedding needs? Why or why not? I had an appointment with Ashley, one of the aestheticians for a microdermabrasion. I waited 20 minutes before she even came in the room. I asked if she was busy, even though I heard her and the front desk lady chatting it up. To make things worse she rushed through my facial to make up for lost time. I asked the aesthetician a few questions about general skin care and she wasn't very knowledgeable. She couldn't answer most of my questions yet wouldn't try to find the answers either. She just kept talking about the $400 skin care products in their office, saying my skin will never be healthy until I buy their products. Seriously, I would rather go to a spa that makes me feel like they appreciate my business not just rushing me out the door because the aesthetician over booked herself. BOOOO!!! May I add, once my review was discovered, Katie called me and threatened if I didn't take down my post by the end of the day Aesthetica Med Spa would sue me for slander. She also threatened she would post bad reviews on my business review sites. When I asked her if she felt that the treatment I received from Ashley was acceptable, She said she didn't know because I was a liar for posting the wrong amount that I paid for my facial. Well, I've since corrected the amount I paid and have also spoken to my attorney which advised me to press harrassment charges if she contacts me again threatening me to take down my review! Especially, since Katie said the call was being recorded. Whatever happened to good customer service? Here I thought she was calling because she was playing damage control and trying to keep a customer?
